Experiencing Urban Art Together

A graffiti workshop with WAND is more than just a traditional team-building event. It brings people together, creates new dynamics, and lets participants experience urban art firsthand. Whether it’s a team event, a client event, a private group, or a school class. From 90 minutes to several hours—or even full days—anything is possible. From history and theory to hands-on creation, participants build their own, personally designed artwork step by step.

Step by Step Toward Your Own Design

After a brief crash course on history, theory, materials, and techniques—as well as how to use a spray can—we get right to work. Step by step, participants create their first lines, shapes, and original urban art pieces, guided by experienced artists. It’s not just about the end result, but about experimenting together, learning, and letting creativity run free—whether working alone, in small groups, or as a team.

Everything You Need for a Successful Event

WAND provides the complete framework for your workshop or event—from spray cans, protective materials, and suitable surfaces to the program, atmosphere, and guidance from experienced artists. Depending on the occasion, we organize casual team-building events, creative workshops, or customized formats that are precisely tailored to your group, location, and objectives, ensuring a seamless experience.

Workshop

Now it’s time to get creative. We’ll experiment, spray paint, design, and create something together. Under the guidance of our artists, the first motifs, colors, and shapes begin to take shape. Step by step, a collaborative work of art emerges that showcases what’s possible as a team—with lots of fun, energy, and a good dose of color.

Schritt 3

Graduation

If desired, the workshop can conclude with a group meal or a cocktail reception. You’ll go home with an unforgettable experience that brings people together and will be remembered for a long time. Many groups discover new sides of themselves during the workshop and are happy to return for another group project.
