Advertising murals for brands beyond the norm

Murals can transform gray facades into striking advertising spaces in public areas. We work with you to develop site-specific concepts for OOH spaces. In cooperation with partners such as APG:SGA, we provide locations with ideal visibility and turn your brand into an experience that generates reach, activates target groups and makes your message visible in the urban space by combining advertising, art and urban art.

Visibility in public spaces

Advertising murals generate maximum out-of-home attention where people are out and about. A painted façade becomes a large-scale advertising medium with high visibility and urban presence. Together, we develop a concept that clearly conveys your brand message and has a location-specific effect. This makes every campaign a visible part of the public space with a measurable reach.

Concept with art and urban art

In creative teams, we develop unique OOH concepts that are implemented by experienced artists. The freer the design, the greater the attention and impact in the public space. Architecture, use and target group are an integral part of the concept. We translate your brand identity into a visual language that stands out, generates engagement and is memorable.

Planning and implementation from a single source

From the initial idea to the finished façade, WAND takes over the complete organization and implementation of the advertising portal. We coordinate artists, permits, production and execution and ensure that everything runs smoothly on site. The creation of the mural itself becomes an event and generates additional reach, media presence and valuable user-generated content for brands and campaigns.

Schritt 2

Artist briefing

Together, we create a structured artist briefing with all relevant information about the campaign. This includes brand values, messages, CI/CD specifications, tonality and communication goals. This briefing forms the basis for the artists' creative work and ensures that the design, brand strategy and campaign message are optimally coordinated.

Schritt 3

Preliminary concept

Based on the briefing, the artists develop initial creative preliminary concepts and sketches that are tailored to the location, target group and brand message. These drafts show different creative approaches and give you a clear idea of the potential impact in the public space. You choose the concept that attracts the desired attention and best supports your campaign objectives.

Schritt 4

Detailed concept

The selected concept is further refined together with you and transformed into a detailed design concept. Adjustments to the message, design or brand requirements are integrated. The final visualization shows exactly how the advertising mural will be implemented and serves as the basis for internal approvals, media planning and submission to authorities and owners.

Schritt 5

Submission

The final motif is submitted to cities, owners and other bodies in accordance with the approval process. We take into account location-specific guidelines on design, logo content, amount of text and image impact. After successful review and approval by all parties involved, we start the concrete preparations for implementation and ensure that the campaign is realized on schedule and according to plan.

Schritt 6

Implementation

The implementation is the most visible part of the campaign and turns the advertising mural into a real experience in the public space. From the first to the last brushstroke, it attracts the attention of passers-by, the media and on social media. The creation itself automatically generates user-generated content, increases reach and creates an emotional connection to the brand that traditional forms of advertising rarely achieve.
