Together, we create a structured artist briefing that includes all relevant information about the campaign. This includes brand values, messages, CI/CD guidelines, tone of voice, and communication goals. This briefing serves as the foundation for the artists’ creative work and ensures that the design, brand strategy, and campaign message are optimally aligned.

Preliminary concept

Based on the briefing, the artists develop initial creative concepts and sketches tailored to the location, target audience, and brand message. These designs showcase different creative approaches and give you a clear idea of the potential impact in public spaces. You select the concept that achieves the desired attention and best supports your campaign goals.

Detailed plan

The selected concept will be further refined in collaboration with you and developed into a detailed design concept. Any adjustments to the message, design, or brand requirements will be incorporated. The final visualization shows exactly how the advertising mural will be implemented and serves as the basis for internal approvals, media planning, and submission to authorities and property owners.

Submission

The final design is submitted to cities, property owners, and other relevant authorities in accordance with the approval process. In doing so, we take into account location-specific guidelines regarding design, logo placement, text volume, and visual impact. Once all parties have reviewed and approved the design, we begin concrete preparations for implementation and ensure that the campaign is executed according to plan and on schedule.
